Product Quality Assurance

In order to assure our customers that KAMO VALVE products and services fully meet their quality requirements, our internal procedures and processes are strictly according to ISO 9001:2008 standard. The Quality Management System is applicable to the manufacture of valves.

Raw Material Quality Control

We believe that raw material quality is the base of valve quality, KAMO VALVE sources raw materials from qualified vendors. We conduct dynamic assessment of vendors every year to ensure the quality of raw materials. Before machining, we will take 4 steps to guarantee the material quality.

1. Visual inspection: Visual inspection as per MSS SP-55, castings or forgings with obvious defects will be declined

2. Valve wall thickness test: Random inspection on valve wall thickness by ultrasonic thickness meter, unqualified ones will be declined.

3.Chemical composition analysis: Random PMI test is performed to ensure qualification.

4.Dimension check: face-to-face, flange thickness will be checked before process.

Production Process Quality Control

When the designs are approved by the customer, the production process starts. Our highly qualified staff works with high speed machines to produce your valves according to your specifications. After rough machining, 20% of valve component is checked dimensionally by Q.C inspectors; 100% after fine machining.

Final Testing & Inspection

1.All valves are 100% pressure tested before dispatch

2. EN10204.3.1B Certificate is available for us.

3. The 3rd Party or user inspection is acceptable for us by prior agreement.
