T1 Single Seated Control Valve have a top guided unbalanced trim structure,It is a compact and simple structure, easy operation and maintenance which can be used under various applications, especially under normal pressure and normal pressure drop. Valves of this type are the most economical and reliable. Valve trim of unbalanced structure only applies to lower pressure drop.
T2 Single Seated Control Valve(Balanced), Compared with KMP1 Series top guided single seated control valve, Its dynamic stability is better with balance sealing ring and could work smooth under higher pressure drop. Compared with cage guided single seated control valves, it’s better suited for applications involving fluid with entrained particles, and its trim will not be locked.
T3 Small Flow Control Valve series are compact and with high performance. They can be applied for the precise control of micro flow. For example, they are used by scientific research institutions for micro control of flow and pressure. The design pressure of valve body is up to 32Mpa, the minimum diameter of the plug can be 1mm and the minimum controllable CV can be 0.001. This series are widely used for aerospace and hydrogen equipment.
T4 Acid Resistant Control Valve provides globe type control valves for controlling corrosive and/or poisonous fluids. The body cavity, valve plug, valve seat, valve stem are all lined with material F46 or PFA in thickness of 2.5 - 3mm to resist acid, alkali and strong corrosion.The valve is suitable for controlling medium with strong acid, strong alkali, volatile, easy penetration, so it is widely applied in industrial automation device with special media control system, including chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine, textile etc.
This series is fluid pressure balanced type cage guided high performance control valve of large Cv value, and of excellent dynamic stability. It is suitable for heavy duty services. Only a small operation force can achieve stability control due to the balanced fluid pressure structure on plug. For those severe fluid conditions that cannot be covered by this series, please select KAMO multi-stage type control valves.
G2 Cage Guided Double Seated Control Valve.Compared with G1 series we using metal piston seaingl ring to replace balance sealing ring(Working temperature <230℃),in this way the cage guided double seated control valve can work in the condition of temperature over 230℃,but the seat leakage class performance of this series is lower than Cage Guided Single Seated Control Valve series.In addition to this the other performace are the same it is also fluid pressure balanced type cage guided high performance control valve of large Cv value, and of excellent dynamic stability. It is suitable for heavy duty services. Only a small operation force can achieve stability control due to the balanced fluid pressure structure on plug.
This Series provides control valves that meet low noise and anti-cavitation requirements by incorporating a multi-hole type cages, instead of the standard cages, in the cage guided control valves. All the parts except the
multi-hole cage are interchangeable with the parts of the G1 Series accordingly. For those severe fluid conditions that cannot be covered by this Series, please select KAMO multi-stage type control valves.

The Series G4 control valves are engineered specifically for critical anti-cavitation and low noise applications on liquids, gases or steam. Multi-stage controls flowing velocities in the valve trim by forcing the process fluid to follow a tortuous path of right-angle turns. The resistance to flow provided by these turns reduces fluid velocities significantly. Therefore, a vena contracta is never formed inthe trim and noise and cavitation are stopped before they can start.
